Our True Identity-Seminar Description

“Our True Identity - Discovering Your Birthright to Peace Confidence and Joy” can be presented in a speaking only format for shorter time frames (45 min – hour).  Group discussions, direct instructions in using the handout tools with examples, and question / answer segments can be included in longer presentations (1.5 hours to 2 hours).  ALL presentations include handout materials and a brief descriptions of use.  

“Discovering Your Birthright to Peace Confidence and Joy” is designed to demonstrate the huge impact the way we see ourselves (our identity) has on our emotions, thinking, and behaviors, including church attendance.  The seminar examines common identity beliefs and compares them to the way God views us.  The effects of our current identity-beliefs on ourselves are compared to the effects of seeing ourselves from God’s perspective.  And finally, specific methods and tools for changing our original self-beliefs into ones that match Christ’s view of us are explained.  The handouts are used as tools to identify inaccurate identity beliefs and aid in reshaping them into matching God’s view of us.

 Faith and Feelings Seminar Costs

Cost: Participants are charged $15 per person or $20 per couple for registration before the event and $20 per person or $25 per couple for at the door registration.  To reimburse your church for it’s costs, half of the proceeds will be donated to the church.  Travel expenses will be requested for seminar locations more than a 3 hour drive from Parker, AZ.

An alternate payment arrangement can be made in the form of an honorarium of $200 plus expenses paid by the host church.  The church then determines what, if any fees are charged to participants. 

Volunteers are needed to coordinate registration / payment of participants and to operate any sound system to be used.  In appreciation of their assistance, attendance and materials will be offered free for volunteer assistants.
